HMGP Properties was founded in Dubai in 2021 by Hugo Maulini, after years of real estate experience in France — first as an agent, then trading property with his own capital. That hands-on background shaped a simple conviction: an agency should feel like people you can reach, not a call centre.
Today we are five — a close-knit team that keeps growing as demand does. Each of us owns a part of the client relationship: research, developer relations, contracts, after-sales. You are never passed around; you simply get the right person for each step, with everyone briefed on your file.
